Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Non-returnable items: Earrings (hygiene), custom/personalized jewelry, sale items, and items showing wear or missing packaging. For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method or store credit.
