• Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available all across Pakistan.
• Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, it may already be packed and dispatched.
• What payment methods do you accept? COD, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Sadapay and Nayapay.

• What materials are your jewelry pieces made of? Each product page lists the exact material.
• Will the jewelry tarnish or change color? With proper care, our pieces maintain their shine for a long time.
• Are your pieces nickel-free? Please check the individual product page for details.

Sizing

• How do I know my ring size? Check our Ring Size Guide. You can also WhatsApp us for help.
• Do you offer resizing? No.

Shipping

• How long will delivery take? 2-7 business days depending on your city.
• Do you ship outside Pakistan? Currently we ship within Pakistan only.

Returns

• Can I return earrings? No, earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• What if my jewelry arrives broken? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it right away.
